**\\>\>** Position: **Chef de Partie (French Pastry)** Starting Salary: **SAR 3,000 \- SAR 3,500 with FREE shared room, transportation, and 1 duty meal** **Job Role:** We are looking for a skilled and passionate pastry professional to join our team. You will prepare high\-quality French pastries and baked goods in a luxury cafe setting in Riyadh. This role suits someone who loves detail, quality, and working in a fast\-paced kitchen. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and bake French pastries, cakes, breads, and desserts every day according to the menu. * Follow all recipes carefully to make sure the quality and taste are always the same. * Keep your work area clean and organized at all times. * Help set up the pastry station before service and clean it after service. * Check ingredients before use — make sure they are fresh and in good condition. * Work together with the kitchen team to complete orders on time. * Support and learn from senior chefs when needed. **Qualifications:** * Minimum 2\-3 year of experience working in a professional pastry or bakery kitchen (fine dining or hotel experience is a plus). * Diploma or certificate in Pastry Arts, Baking, or Culinary Arts, preferred but not required * Good knowledge of French pastry techniques such as choux, croissants, tarts, entremets, and plated desserts.
