Chef de Partie – Baker

**Villa Mamas** is looking for a skilled and passionate **CDP – Baker** to join our culinary team in Bahrain. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and bakery products according to company standards. * Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portioning. * Prepare and handle dough, fillings, creams, and other bakery ingredients. * Maintain proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. * Ensure proper storage and handling of bakery products and ingredients. * Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage. * Support the Chef de Cuisine and bakery team with daily production requirements. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery section. * Follow all company SOPs and kitchen safety procedures. Requirements * Previous experience as a **CDP Baker / Baker** in a professional restaurant, hotel, or bakery environment. * Good knowledge of baking techniques, dough preparation, and bakery production. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced kitchen environment. * Strong attention to quality, hygiene, and presentation. * Good teamwork and communication skills. * Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
