**Chef / Cook – Bahrain** We are looking for an experienced and talented **Chef / Cook** to join our team at a modern lounge and café in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing **Western, Healthy, Mediterranean, and Café\-style dishes** and be able to work with a diverse menu. **Menu \& Cuisine Experience:** * Healthy café items such as **Acai Bowls, Smoothies, Salads, Toasties, and Detox Juices**. * Mediterranean and Arabic dishes including **Hummus, Zaatar, Labneh, Shakshuka, Falafel, and Shawarma**. * Western and **d Salads**. * Healthy food preparation using **air\-frying and healthier cooking methods**. * Experience with different sauces, dressings, fillings, and food preparation techniques. **Requirements:** * Previous experience as a **Chef / Cook** is required. * Experience in **healthy cafés, restaurants, lounges, or similar establishments** is preferred. * Good knowledge of **Western, Mediterranean, and healthy cuisine**. * Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality. * Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen procedures. * Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment. * Creative, organized, and attentive to detail. * Ability to work as part of a team. **Location:** Bahrain Work Location: In person
