CHEF / COMMIS CHEF

We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic **Chefs / Commis Chefs** to join our kitchen team and support the preparation of high\-quality food. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and standards. * Assist with food preparation and kitchen operations. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. * Follow food safety and hygiene procedures. * Monitor food quality and presentation. * Support senior chefs during busy service periods. * Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control. **Requirements:** * Previous kitchen experience is preferred. * Culinary training or qualification is an advantage. * Good understanding of food preparation and hygiene. * Team\-oriented and willing to learn. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced kitchen environment.
