The ideal candidate should have experience in Chinese, Japanese, Indonesian, and Indian cuisine while maintaining speed, consistency, hygiene, and food quality. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes. Operate wok station efficiently during busy service periods. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control. Prepare sauces, marinades, and fresh ingredients. Maintain food quality and freshness. Follow HACCP and food safety procedures. Minimize food waste and maintain stock rotation. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen. Support other kitchen staff during peak operations.
