Chargehand – Civil & Finishing / Chargehand – MEP (Electrical & Plumbi

• Supervise daily civil and architectural finishing activities at the site. • Coordinate and monitor masons, carpenters, painters, tilers, gypsum workers, and other finishing trades. • Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards. • Plan daily manpower allocation and monitor productivity. • Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors to achieve project milestones. • Maintain site safety and housekeeping standards. • Report daily progress and resolve site-related issues. • Supervise daily MEP activities, including electrical and plumbing works. • Coordinate MEP activities with civil and finishing teams. • Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. • Monitor manpower, materials, and daily work progress. • Resolve site issues and report progress to the Site Engineer. • Ensure compliance with safety and project requirements. • Immediate joiners are preferred. • Candidates serving a notice period are welcome to apply. • Candidates with cancelled visas are highly preferred. • UAE experience is preferred. • Strong knowledge of civil and finishing works. • Ability to read construction drawings. • Good leadership and communication skills. • Good knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems. • Strong leadership and coordination skills.
