Role Description This is a full\-time, on\-site Chief Executive Officer role based in Doha, Qatar. The CEO will provide overall strategic leadership to imperial holding (MA HOLDING), setting the vision, long\-term objectives, and performance expectations for the holding and its portfolio companies. Day\-to\-day responsibilities include overseeing financial performance, directing operations management, and ensuring effective business planning and execution across all business units. The CEO will lead the development and implementation of corporate and growth strategies, guide sales and market expansion initiatives, and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory authorities. The role also involves building and mentoring a high\-caliber leadership team, promoting a culture of accountability and innovation, and ensuring adherence to local and international compliance and governance standards. Qualifications Strong expertise in Finance and Business Planning, with a proven ability to manage budgets, investments, and financial performance at group level. Demonstrated experience in Operations Management and Strategic Planning, including leading multi\-business portfolios and driving organizational efficiency. Background in Sales and market development, with a track record of revenue growth and successful expansion into new markets or segments. Extensive executive leadership experience, ideally as CEO or in senior C\-level roles within diversified or holding group structures. Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with boards, investors, partners, and regulatory bodies. Strong analytical, decision\-making, and problem\-solving capabilities, with the ability to manage complex, fast\-changing environments. Advanced communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to lead and inspire diverse, cross\-functional teams. Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred. Experience working in the GCC region or similar markets, with familiarity with local business practices and regulatory frameworks, is an advantage.
