CDP / HEAD CHEF

We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Chef de Partie / Head Chef** to join our kitchen team. The role involves overseeing food preparation, ensuring quality standards, maintaining hygiene compliance, and supporting smooth kitchen operations. The Head Chef will lead the team, while the CDP will manage a specific section of the kitchen. Key Responsibilities * Plan, prepare, and present high\-quality dishes according to company standards. * Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively. * Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and ISO standards. * Monitor stock levels, control wastage, and manage ordering of supplies. * Train and mentor junior staff to maintain consistency and efficiency. * Collaborate with management on menu development and seasonal specials. * Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas. Requirements * Proven experience as a **CDP or Head Chef** in a professional kitchen. * Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. * Ability to lead and motivate a team under pressure. * Excellent organizational and time\-management skills. * **Must be able to read and write in English** for recipes, reports, and communication. * Understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP standards. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Pay: QAR3,000\.00 \- QAR4,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
