Job description

**PURPOSE:** Responsible for operating and maintaining closed\-circuit television (CCTV) systems used to inspect and monitor underground drainage infrastructure. The role involves conducting inspections, recording and reporting observed defects, and ensuring the reliability and accuracy of inspection equipment. **ROLES \& RESPOSIBILITIES** * Operate CCTV inspection equipment to carry out routine and emergency inspections of drainage pipelines, culverts, and manholes along with operating the CCTV vehicle. * Conduct scheduled and unscheduled visual assessments of the drainage network using crawler units, push rod cameras, or other inspection tools. * Record and save high\-quality video footage and images of identified defects, anomalies, and conditions. * Document observations using inspection coding systems (e.g., PACP or WRc standards) in line with internal and regulatory requirements. * Ensure CCTV equipment is properly calibrated, cleaned, and maintained to ensure optimal functionality. * Perform routine checks, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on CCTV systems and accessories. * Upload inspection data and reports to the asset management or maintenance planning system (EAMS). * Follow safety protocols, including confined space and traffic control procedures, during field inspections. * Coordinate with maintenance teams to provide visual evidence and defect reports for repair planning. * Maintain detailed inspection logs and submit reports to engineers or supervisors. * Rainy Season field support. * Carry out other tasks assigned. **Experience:** * 5\+ years of experience operating CCTV systems in drainage, sewer, or utility infrastructure projects. * Familiarity with inspection equipment. * Experience working with defect coding software or platforms for drainage condition assessment. **Competencies:** * Attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify and record pipeline defects. * Basic understanding of drainage network layouts and inspection procedures. * Ability to work in physically demanding and outdoor environments. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Technical aptitude for operating and troubleshooting electronic inspection equipment. **Education:** * High school or technical diploma in electrical, mechanical, or civil field * Additional vocational training or certification in CCTV operation or drainage inspection is a plus **Others:** Qatar Driving License (Mandatory) **Language:** English (written and verbal communication) **Joining:** Immediately Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From QAR1\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Your current location: * Are you willing to relocate to Qatar? * Joining Period: * Can you obtain "NOC"/transfer approval?
