Catering Supervisor

Job Summary * Supervise banquet operations and ensure smooth, high\-quality guest service. * Coordinate staff, assign tasks, monitor grooming, and ensure service standards are met. * Set up and inspect banquet areas, tables, furniture and equipment according to event requirements. * Handle guest requests, special arrangements and service issues professionally. * Train, coach and motivate team members; support scheduling and performance management. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction. * Ensure compliance with company, HSE, safety, security and quality standards. * Maintain cleanliness, confidentiality and proper handling of company assets. * Report incidents, maintenance issues and operational concerns to management. * Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
