Cashier - Kuwait

Career Land Center is hiring an experienced **Cashier** for **an F\&B company in Kuwait** . We are looking for a reliable, detail\-oriented, and customer\-focused professional who can handle cashiering duties, process payments accurately, support smooth restaurant operations, and ensure a positive guest experience at the point of payment. The Cashier will play an important role in maintaining billing accuracy, proper cash handling, and professional guest interaction. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Handle guest bills, payments, refunds, and transactions accurately and professionally. * Process cash, card, and other approved payment methods according to company procedures. * Ensure bills are correctly prepared, checked, and presented to guests. * Maintain accurate cash float, daily sales records, and cashier reports. * Balance cash, card slips, and system transactions at the end of each shift. * Coordinate with the service team to ensure correct billing and order charges. * Handle guest inquiries related to bills and payments politely and efficiently. * Report any billing errors, shortages, overages, or system issues to the supervisor or manager. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and work area. * Follow company policies on cash handling, discounts, voids, refunds, and approvals. * Support smooth guest flow during busy periods. * Maintain confidentiality, honesty, and professionalism at all times. * Ensure compliance with company procedures, hygiene, health, and safety standards. #### **Requirements** * Previous experience as a Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, F\&B Cashier, or similar role. * Strong experience in restaurants, cafés, hospitality groups, hotels, or high\-volume F\&B operations. * Good knowledge of billing procedures, cash handling, and payment processing. * Experience with POS systems is required. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Excellent customer\-service and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods. * Honest, reliable, organized, and professional. * Basic computer skills and ability to prepare daily cashier reports. * Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage. * Professional appearance and positive attitude. * Willingness to relocate to Kuwait. #### **Benefits** * Competitive salary package * Transportation provided * Medical insurance * Paid annual leave * Airfare/flight benefits according to employment terms * Employment visa/work permit support * Relocation support according to employer policy * Other benefits included in the employment package * Opportunity to work with a large hospitality group in Kuwait
