Cashier

* Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service. * Process customer orders accurately using the POS (Point of Sale) system. * Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods accurately. * Issue receipts and ensure all transactions are properly recorded. * Count and maintain the cash drawer and ensure sufficient change is available. * Verify prices, discounts, promotions, and special offers before completing transactions. * Assist customers with menu inquiries, product information, and order requests. * Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure orders are processed correctly and efficiently. * Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and refer serious issues to the supervisor or management. * Prepare daily cash reports and assist with end\-of\-shift cash reconciliation. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and surrounding area. * Follow company policies, food safety standards, cash\-handling procedures, and security requirements.
