**Job Title: Cashier (Bahraini National)** **Location:** District Area, Bahrain **Shift Hours:** 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Evening Shift) **Job Overview:** We are looking for an outgoing, punctual, and customer\-focused **Bahraini Cashier** to join our dynamic team in the District area. The ideal candidate will be the face of our business during the evening shift, providing exceptional customer service, building rapport with guests, and actively driving sales through polite and effective upselling. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Customer Engagement \& Sales:** Welcome customers warmly, build strong guest relations, and actively recommend additional products/promotions to increase sales. * **Transactions:** Process cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. * **Communication:** Interact fluently with a diverse customer base in both **Arabic and English**. * **Punctuality \& Reliability:** Maintain strict adherence to shift timings (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM) and maintain high attendance standards. * **Customer Care:** Handle customer inquiries and complaints with politeness, patience, and a positive attitude. * **Cash Register Management:** Balance the cash drawer at the end of the shift and ensure all sales records are accurate. **Requirements \& Qualifications:** * **Nationality:** Bahraini National. * **Languages:** Fluent in both **Arabic and English** (spoken and written). * **Personality:** Friendly, persuasion\-oriented, highly engaging, and possesses strong interpersonal skills. * **Punctuality:** Highly committed to working the designated late\-evening shift. * **Experience:** Previous experience as a Cashier or in Retail/Sales is a plus, but passion for customer service is paramount.
