Choithrams Manama, Bahrain Posted 2 days ago Expires in 2 months 0 hired candidates / 1 available seats #### **Job Description** * Properly register transactions through the POS system by handling cash and valuables and accurately processing physical and electronic transactions without discrepancies. * Provide direct and indirect customer service, including handling customer goods and bagging, assisting with instructed store activities, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness at checkout counters. * Ensure proper usage of POS systems, bank POS terminals, and other checkout equipment with care and diligence. * Contribute towards store sales through suggestive selling and upselling. * Follow standard cashiering procedures, register online/home delivery sales transactions, coordinate with delivery teams as required, and perform online picking for home deliveries as instructed by the supervisor. * Follow company SOPs and policies and ensure compliance with and awareness of in\-store activities. * Monitor expiry dates and ensure timely action is taken on short\-expiry stock. Requirement: * A minimum of HSE with an aptitude for the role or SSC with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the front\-end of a service sector company. * Good communication skills in English.
