Provide detailed information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to assist guests and enhance their stay. Address guest inquiries and resolve any billing issues or discrepancies promptly and courteously, escalating complex issues to management when necessary. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable cashiering area, adhering to the hotel's cleanliness and presentation standards.
