**Position:** Cash Collector **Company:** TK Elevator Almoayyed W.L.L **Location:** Manama **Department:** Finance As a Cash Collector at TK Elevator Almoayyed W.L.L, you will play a vital role in supporting the company’s financial health by ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments from customers. This position is a key function within the Finance department, focusing on maintaining strong cash flow to enable ongoing operations and growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the receivables portfolio by regularly contacting customers to remind them of outstanding invoices and negotiate payment terms where necessary. * Maintain accurate records of collections, customer correspondence, and payment arrangements using company financial systems. * Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to resolve any disputes or issues impacting customer payments. * Monitor account statuses and report on overdue accounts, providing insights to management on potential payment risks. * Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and financial guidelines during collection processes. * Assist with month\-end closing activities by reconciling accounts and supporting audit requirements related to cash collections. * Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in collection strategies and processes to optimize cash flow. **Qualifications and Skills:** * Proven experience in cash collection, accounts receivable, or related financial roles is preferred. * Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams. * Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and documentation accurately. * Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is advantageous. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment in a fast\-paced setting. * Understanding of local financial regulations and business practices in Manama and the broader Bahrain market. **About TK Elevator Almoayyed W.L.L:** TK Elevator Almoayyed W.L.L is a leading company in the elevator and escalator industry, committed to delivering high\-quality products and services to its customers.
