Case Manager

**MALE (Malayalam Speaker)** Case Manager – Immigration \& Visa Processing Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 About the Role We are looking for an experienced, detail\-oriented, and proactive Case Manager to join our growing immigration consultancy. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in immigration or visa processing, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple client applications efficiently. Key Responsibilities \* Handle end\-to\-end immigration and visa processing for clients. \* Review and verify client documents for accuracy and completeness. \* Prepare and submit applications as per immigration requirements. \* Coordinate with clients to collect missing documents and provide updates. \* Ensure all applications are processed within deadlines. \* Maintain accurate client records and documentation. \* Follow company SOPs and maintain confidentiality. \* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth case processing. Requirements \* Minimum 3 years of experience in immigration, visa processing, or documentation. \* Previous experience in a UAE immigration consultancy is highly preferred. \* Excellent knowledge of documentation and application procedures. \* Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Malayalam/Tamil is an advantage). \* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. \* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously. \* Immediate joiners will be preferred.
