**Summary** ----------- We are looking for an experienced Carpenter / Painter to support hotel engineering operations. Your Role As the Carpenter / Painter, you’ll perform carpentry and painting maintenance work to ensure hotel facilities are maintained to high standards. Key Responsibilities · Perform carpentry repairs and maintenance throughout the hotel · Carry out painting and finishing work as required · Inspect furniture, fixtures, and surfaces and identify maintenance needs · Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner · Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition · Follow safety procedures and engineering standards **Qualifications** ------------------ Qualifications · Previous experience as a Carpenter, Painter, or similar role, preferably in hospitality or facilities management · Good knowledge of carpentry, painting, and finishing techniques · Ability to perform repairs and maintenance work efficiently · Understanding of preventive maintenance practices · Knowledge of safety standards and procedures · Good communication and organizational skills · Ability to work under pressure and flexible shifts * Excellent English Communication
