An opportunity has arisen for Carpenter Engineering to join Jumeirah Jabal Omar . The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Perform preventive maintenance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of hotel facilities and equipment. Respond to maintenance requests promptly through the maintenance system and report any material or technical issues to the supervisor. Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining Jumeirah quality standards. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition. Apply new skills and best practices to support operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: • 1 2 years of experience in the same role with a luxury 5-star property. • Secondary education required; vocational certification and trade qualification preferred. • Strong technical skills in trade, basic computer literacy, and knowledge of safety and building systems. • Proficient in English, able to work independently and adapt to diverse environments.
