* Carry out door alignment, adjustments, and repairs to ensure smooth operation and proper fitting. * Perform door painting, polishing, and finishing works to maintain a high\-quality appearance. * Replace damaged doors, frames, hinges, locks, bottom sheets, vertical sheets, and other wooden components. * Execute apartment refurbishment and maintenance carpentry works in accordance with company quality and safety standards. * Inspect wooden fixtures and fittings, identify defects, and recommend necessary repairs or replacements. * Safely operate and maintain carpentry tools, equipment, and materials while keeping the work area clean and organized. * Coordinate with the maintenance team to complete refurbishment projects efficiently, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
