Car garage Service Advisor & Parts Coordinator (Arabic speaking)

Service Advisor \& Parts Coordinator Responsible for managing customer reception and communication, preparing job orders, coordinating with technicians, ordering parts, and maintaining workshop inventory. **Key Duties:** * Welcome customers and handle service inquiries. * Prepare and manage job cards and work orders using an easy\-to\-use system * Coordinate jobs between customers and technicians. * Order and track vehicle parts and supplies. * Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels. * Prepare quotations and assist with invoicing. * Follow up with customers regarding repairs and vehicle collection. * Test drive cars before job delivery **Required Experience \& Qualifications:** * Must speak both English and Arabic * 2\+ years of experience in an automotive workshop, service center, or similar role. * Good knowledge of automotive parts and basic vehicle systems. * Experience with customer service, job orders, and inventory management. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with workshop/inventory software. * Automotive diploma/certification is an advantage.
