CAMP BOSS

**We are looking for an experienced and responsible Camp Boss** to manage and supervise a large number of employees and ensure the smooth and proper operation of the company accommodation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and supervise bulk numbers of employees residing in the camp. * Monitor **camp cleanliness, maintenance, and general facilities**. * Coordinate and follow up on employees’ **work locations and daily deployment**. * Maintain **camp security, discipline, and safety standards**. * Handle employee accommodation\-related issues and complaints. * Coordinate with the HR, Operations, Maintenance, and Security teams. * Conduct regular camp inspections and ensure company rules are followed. * Monitor rooms, common areas, utilities, and other camp facilities. * Maintain proper records of camp occupants and accommodation allocation. * Report any maintenance, security, disciplinary, or other camp\-related issues to management. * Take overall responsibility for the **day\-to\-day camp operations and employee welfare**. **Requirements:** * Previous experience as a **Camp Boss / Camp Supervisor / Accommodation Supervisor**. * Experience handling **large numbers of employees**. * Good communication and leadership skills. * Ability to handle employee issues and maintain discipline. * Basic knowledge of camp maintenance, security, and accommodation management. * **Qatar Driving License is preferred.** * Candidates available in Qatar are preferred. **Position:** Camp Boss **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Employment:** Full\-Time Pay: QAR10\.00 \- QAR100\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
