Call Center Agent

A call center agent acts as the main link between a company and its customers by answering questions, solving problems, and providing product information. Core Responsibilities * **Manage Calls:** Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, or live chats in a timely manner. * **Solve Problems:** Listen to customer issues, research details, and offer helpful solutions or alternatives. * **Record Information:** Enter accurate customer data and log all conversation notes into a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database. * **De\-escalate Situations:** Stay calm and polite when handling frustrated or angry callers. * **Meet Targets:** Reach individual and team goals for call times, customer satisfaction, and task completion.
