Call Center Agent

**Responsibilities:** * Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and patient requests. * Provide accurate information about doctors, medical services, offers, timings, and insurance. * Follow up with potential and existing patients. * Assist patients with appointment inquiries and confirmations. * Convert inquiries into appointments and maintain proper follow\-up. * Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when required. * Maintain accurate patient and inquiry records. * Coordinate with reception and medical staff to ensure smooth patient service. **Requirements:** * Previous call centre or customer service experience, preferably in a medical centre or healthcare setting. * Excellent communication skills in English. * Arabic is an advantage. * Good computer and WhatsApp skills. * Professional, friendly, and confident personality. * Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. * Candidates available in Sharjah/UAE are preferred.
