Cafe Manager - Saudi National

**Job Summary:** **Zaina Cafe** is seeking an experienced and dynamic **Cafe Manager** to oversee the daily operations of our **Riyadh** branch. The ideal candidate must have prior café or coffee shop management experience, strong sales and customer service skills, and the ability to drive business growth while maintaining high operational standards. **Key Responsibilities:** **Operations Management** * Manage the day\-to\-day operations of the café. * Ensure smooth branch operations and excellent customer service. * Monitor cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards. * Maintain compliance with company policies and UAE regulations. **Sales \& Business Development** * Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability. * Actively promote the café and its products within the local community. * Build relationships with corporate clients, nearby businesses, and customers. * Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to drive footfall. **Team Management** * Lead, motivate, and supervise café staff. * Conduct staff training and performance evaluations. * Prepare duty schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels. * Foster a positive and productive work environment. **Financial Control** * Monitor daily sales, expenses, and branch profitability. * Control costs, wastage, and inventory levels. * Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management. **Inventory \& Procurement** * Ensure proper stock management and ordering of supplies. * Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages. * Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments as required. **Requirements** * Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Café Manager, Coffee Shop Manager, or Branch Manager in the F\&B industry. * Café experience is mandatory. * Proven sales and business development skills. * Strong leadership and team management abilities. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Valid KSA Driving License. * Ability to travel for business development and branch\-related activities. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
