Café / Restaurant Supervisor

Are you passionate about **Food \& Beverage and specialty coffee**? We are looking for an experienced **Café / Restaurant Supervisor** to lead our outlet operations and deliver excellent guest experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily outlet operations and lead the team effectively. * Train, motivate, and conduct staff appraisals. * Maintain high standards of food, beverage, coffee quality, and service. * Ensure proper inventory control and minimize wastage. * Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards. * Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally. * Conduct regular quality checks and ensure SOP compliance. * Support management with ideas and initiatives to improve operations and sales. **Requirements** * 2–3 years of experience in a café or restaurant. * Strong knowledge of **F\&B and specialty coffee**; barista experience is an advantage. * Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. * Ability to manage a team independently in a fast\-paced environment. * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. * Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and shifts. * Passion for coffee, service, and continuous improvement. **What We Offer** Competitive salary, supportive work environment, and opportunities for growth.
