Café Chef – Food & Desserts

Mile Café is looking for an **experienced Chef** who can work efficiently in a **small, fast\-paced café kitchen**. Our environment is mainly takeaway. We need someone who understands how to create and prepare **simple, high\-quality food and desserts that can be prepped in advance and served very quickly during rush hours.** The owner is open to purchasing **any equipment the chef recommends** if it helps improve speed, quality, or expand the menu. Main Responsibilities * Prepare café food and desserts for fast takeaway service * Plan items that can be prepped earlier and finished quickly when ordered * Help develop new food and dessert items for Mile Café * Recommend useful kitchen equipment when needed Requirements * **Previous experience in a café, bakery, dessert shop, cloud kitchen, or similar food business is required.** * Experience with both food and desserts * Creative with menu ideas * Fast, organized, clean, and reliable **Experience with sandwiches, bagels, crepes, breakfast items, desserts, pastries, or similar café food is a strong advantage.** Pay: AED5,000\.00 \- AED8,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of kitchen experience do you have? * What food and dessert items would you plan to prepare for a fast\-paced coffee shop like Mile cafe, where items need to be simple, quick to serve, and suitable for takeaway? * Where are you based now? * What visa do you have? * When can you start? * What salary do you expect?
