In this role, you will support engineering and construction teams by producing accurate technical drawings and plans using computer\-aided design (CAD) software, ensuring all work complies with project requirements and design standards. **What You'll Be Doing:** * Preparing detailed and accurate drawings, layouts, and plans using AutoCAD and other computer\-aided design software. * Supporting engineering teams by converting conceptual designs and sketches into technical drawings. * Reviewing and modifying existing drawings to reflect design changes and project updates. * Coordinating with site teams to ensure that drawings align with actual site conditions and construction progress. * Ensuring all drawings are prepared in accordance with client standards and project specifications. * Maintaining organized drawing records and ensuring updated versions are readily available. * Assisting in the preparation of construction documentation, layouts, and as\-built drawings. * Collaborating with various engineering disciplines to produce accurate and coordinated technical drawings. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** * Diploma from an accredited institution. * 10 years of demonstrable experience in drafting for construction projects. * At least 5 years of experience working on environment firm construction sites, with a strong understanding of site practices. * Proficient in using AutoCAD and other computer\-aided design tools. * Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent oral and written communication skills. * Strong computer skills and the ability to work with various design software applications. **What Desired Skills You'll Bring:** * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawing preparation. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Excellent organizational and documentation skills. * A proactive and solution\-oriented mindset when faced with design or technical challenges. * Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in a construction environment.
