Buyer

• Source and procure mechanical, MEP, hydraulic, and industrial spare parts. • Manage RFQs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, purchase orders, and delivery follow-up. • Develop and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers. • Ensure timely procurement while achieving cost-effective purchasing solutions. • Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to meet project and equipment requirements. • Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company procedures. • Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory). • Currently based in Qatar. • Minimum 6 years of procurement/purchasing experience . • Hands-on sourcing experience for mechanical, MEP, hydraulic, and heavy equipment spare parts. • Experience in Marine, Offshore, Oil & Gas, Heavy Equipment, or Industrial procurement is preferred. • Strong supplier sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management skills. • Good knowledge of RFQs, Purchase Orders, procurement documentation, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
