Butler

We are seeking an experienced **Wellness Butler** to join our pre\-opening luxury wellness destination in Dubai. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional and personalized guest experience within our private wellness suites, each featuring its own traditional Banya. The Wellness Butler will ensure every guest enjoys seamless, discreet, and attentive service throughout their wellness journey while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality. Key Responsibilities * Deliver exceptional, personalized service to guests throughout their wellness experience. * Welcome guests and escort them to their private wellness suites. * Prepare and maintain VIP suites before, during, and after each guest experience. * Serve food, beverages, wellness refreshments, and amenities in accordance with luxury hospitality standards. * Coordinate guest requests with Banya Therapists, Spa Therapists, Reception, and other operational departments to ensure a seamless experience. * Anticipate guest preferences and respond promptly to requests with professionalism and discretion. * Ensure suites are impeccably presented, stocked, and ready prior to each booking. * Explain available amenities and wellness offerings to guests when required. * Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, presentation, confidentiality, and guest privacy. * Build genuine rapport with guests while creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable luxury experience. * Comply with company policies, hygiene, health and safety standards, and luxury service protocols. Requirements * Minimum of **3 years' experience in the UAE** as a Butler or in luxury guest\-facing hospitality. * Previous experience in a luxury hotel, private members' club, luxury spa, wellness destination, resort, or fine dining establishment is highly preferred. * Excellent English communication skills. Additional languages such as Russian or Arabic are an advantage. * Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills. * Professional appearance and grooming. * Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast\-paced luxury environment. * Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * Must currently be based in the UAE and available to attend a face\-to\-face interview in Dubai. **Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.** Pay: AED100\.00 \- AED101\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you available to attend a face\-to\-face interview in Dubai? * Which luxury hospitality environments have you worked in?
