Prepare meat products such as sausage, pies \& burgers * Provide direct and indirect customer service to customers * Monitors stock level, ordering, receiving of stock, wastage and shrinkage * Hygiene \& Sanitation, good preparation practices * Proper handling of tools and equipment * Any other store activity as assigned by the supervisor **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE** * Minimum 1\-year experience in Food retail/ F\&B in the role of a butcher. * Good conversational/ communication skills in English language.
