#### **BUSINESS TO BUSINESS MANAGER (B2B)**Full Time Posted On: Wednesday, August 12th, 2026 Description Provide products and services to other businesses, offerings include consultation services, software services such as customer relationship management software, enterprise or small business solutions and more. Identifying target accounts and searching business contacts across the board. Looking up data on business\-to\-business leads on social media and using AI tools to personalize outreach. Conduct market research (analyses competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.) Managing cold emailing campaigns to nurture leads. Scoring and qualifying leads. Scheduling appointments with qualified leads and handing them over to closers. Doing demos and handling objections. Negotiating and closing deals. Ensures that all activities and programs are implemented in accordance with the department policies and procedures. Facilitates internal and external communication and coordination between departments within Dallah Hospital. Provides daily management of programs, practices, and contract services. Advises with and oversees financial preparation for external agreements and leases. Performs strategic analysis of business plan tactical implementation and integration with marketing plan. Develops and co\-ordinates the Quality/Performance Improvement Program within his/her area of responsibilities. Ensure the operation of the section to ensure the effective delivery of billing information to patients and invoices to claims section. Provides clear direction, prioritizes tasks, assigns and delegates responsibility and monitors the workflow of the team. Leading in departmental Quality Improvement tasks, with the team initiated. Develop and update of hospital policies pertaining to the department. Implementation of departmental and hospital wide policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of care and services. Comply with the hospital wide Safety Management \& Risk Management Programs and participates in incident reporting, its review, and complaint review processes, and whenever needed participate in root cause analysis, and failure mode effect analysis. Participates in integrated safety program, including patient care, services, support, and contract services. Performs any other tasks within his/her competence as directed by the Revenue Cycle Director. Requirements Nine to ten years of experience in the insurance field with at least three years experience in a similar senior managerial role Bachelor?s degree in Hospital Management, Finance, or any related field.
