Business Solution Consultant

**Location:** Churchill Executive Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE **Work Mode:** On\-site **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Department:** Sales **Languages:** Arabic \& English – Required About the Role Speed Auto Systems is looking for a **Business Solutions Consultant** who can combine business analysis, technology knowledge, client consulting, and sales skills. You will work directly with businesses to understand how they operate, identify challenges and opportunities for improvement, and demonstrate software solutions that address their needs. This position is ideal for someone with a **Business Analyst mindset and a sales\-oriented personality** who enjoys meeting clients, understanding their requirements, presenting technology, and developing business opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct client meetings and business discovery sessions * Understand customer workflows, processes, and operational challenges * Gather and analyze business and software requirements * Identify appropriate technology solutions * Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations * Customize demonstrations according to customer requirements * Explain software capabilities and business benefits * Support sales teams during client engagements * Prepare presentations, proposals, and solution documentation * Coordinate with technical and product teams * Assist with customer questions and solution\-related discussions * Maintain communication with prospects throughout the sales process * Support opportunities through to commercial closure * Build long\-term relationships with B2B customers **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field * Experience in **business analysis, software consulting, IT sales, pre\-sales, solutions consulting, or B2B technology** * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Good understanding of software and digital business solutions * Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions * Strong product demonstration and presentation skills * Sales or business development experience is highly preferred * Extroverted, confident, and comfortable with client\-facing responsibilities * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Fluent in **Arabic and English** * Comfortable dealing with business owners, managers, CEOs, and IT professionals * Knowledge of AI, SaaS, CRM, ERP, automation, or digital transformation is an advantage * UAE experience is preferred **The Candidate We Want** We are looking for someone who thinks like a **Business Analyst**, communicates like a **Consultant**, presents like a **Sales Professional**, and understands **Technology**.
