**We're Hiring: Business Setup Expert – UAE Business Setup** **Startex Hub Business Services** is seeking a proactive, results\-oriented **Business Setup Expert** with proven experience in UAE company formation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business setup services, the ability to generate and convert leads independently, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities * Generate and convert qualified leads for UAE business setup services. * Advise clients on **Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore** company formation options. * Guide clients throughout the complete business setup process, from initial consultation to company incorporation. * Build and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with clients. * Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while contributing to the company's growth. * Collaborate closely with the operations and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience. * Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and digital platforms. Requirements * **1–2 years of experience** in a UAE Business Setup Consultancy. * Strong knowledge of UAE company formation procedures, licensing, and regulatory requirements. * Excellent sales, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Proven ability to generate leads independently and close sales. * Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and capable of working independently. * Fluency in English is required; additional languages will be an advantage. * Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.
