Business setup consultant

We Business setup Experts DMCC, looking for an experienced Business Setup Sales Consultant to join our team in Dubai. We are not simply looking for someone who knows the company formation process. We need someone who enjoys sales, knows how to speak with clients, follows up properly and can close deals. You will receive leads from the company, but we also expect you to build relationships, generate opportunities and develop your own business. If you have worked in the UAE business setup industry and have a good track record in sales, we would like to hear from you. **What you’ll be doing** * Handle new leads and inquiries and convert them into clients. * Speak with clients over calls, WhatsApp, email and face\-to\-face meetings. * Understand what the client wants to achieve and recommend the right business setup solution. * Advise clients on Mainland, Free Zone and Offshore company formation. * Prepare quotations and explain packages and costs clearly. * Follow up consistently with prospects until the deal is closed. * Negotiate and handle client objections confidently. * Generate your own business through networking, referrals and prospecting. * Maintain your leads and sales pipeline in the CRM. * Build good relationships with existing clients for referrals and repeat business. * Cross\-sell PRO services, visas, Golden Visas, renewals, amendments and other corporate services. * Coordinate with our Operations team once the sale is completed. * Achieve your monthly sales targets. **What we’re looking for** * 2\+ years of UAE Business Setup / Company Formation sales experience. * Good knowledge of UAE Mainland and Free Zone company formation. * A proven sales track record in the business setup industry. * Someone comfortable working with monthly targets. * Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills. * Good follow\-up skills — you should be comfortable managing multiple prospects at the same time. * Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage. * CRM experience is preferred. **What we offer** * Competitive salary based on experience and previous sales performance. * Attractive uncapped commission. * Company\-generated leads. * Performance incentives. * Strong Operations and PRO support, so you can focus on selling. * Opportunity to grow within the company based on performance. **Before you apply** This is a sales position, so during the interview we will ask about your previous monthly target, average sales achieved and your individual sales performance.
