Business Process & AI Transformation Consultant

**Role Overview** ----------------- As a **Business Process \& AI Transformation Consultant**, you will help organizations reimagine business processes through the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and emerging technologies. You will assess industry trends, identify transformation opportunities, and design future\-state operating models that integrate AI at scale. Working closely with business and technology leaders, you will define practical, scalable transformation strategies that drive operational efficiency, innovation, and business value. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Assess industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technology developments to identify opportunities for AI\-driven business transformation. * Analyze current business processes and operating models to identify areas for optimization through AI and intelligent automation. * Design future\-state business processes that leverage AI, automation, and digital technologies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer outcomes. * Define AI integration points across business processes, systems, workflows, data sources, and decision\-making activities. * Develop detailed process transformation designs, including system interactions, data flows, automation requirements, and human\-machine collaboration models. * Recommend operating model changes that support sustainable AI adoption, including governance structures, roles, responsibilities, and performance measures. * Facilitate alignment between business and technology stakeholders throughout transformation initiatives. * Provide subject matter expertise on industry\- and function\-specific requirements, regulations, governance frameworks, and business practices. * Support the development of transformation roadmaps, implementation strategies, and change management approaches. * Communicate complex process, technology, and AI design decisions to senior leadership in a clear, business\-focused manner. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure AI\-enabled solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with organizational objectives. * Promote best practices for AI adoption, process excellence, and continuous improvement across transformation programs. **Job Qualifications** ---------------------- ### **Basic Qualifications** * **4\-7 years of experience** in Business Transformation, Process Consulting, Management Consulting, Digital Transformation, Intelligent Automation, or related fields. * Experience analyzing and redesigning business processes to improve operational performance and business outcomes. * Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, process optimization, and digital transformation principles. * Experience developing target operating models, process frameworks, and transformation roadmaps. * Strong understanding of business process design methodologies and process improvement techniques. * Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience supporting AI, automation, or enterprise transformation initiatives across one or more business functions or industries. * Familiarity with process mining, workflow automation, business architecture, and operating model design. * Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, risk management, and responsible AI practices. * Experience documenting future\-state processes, data flows, and system integration requirements. * Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills. * Experience working with transformation tools, process modeling frameworks, and enterprise technology platforms. * Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Process Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, or Digital Transformation are preferred.
