The role will serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership by providing financial insights, data\-driven recommendations, and advanced analytical solutions that support business growth, operational efficiency, and informed decision\-making. **What we're looking for** -------------------------- **Qualifications \& Experience** * Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. * Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Financial Planning \& Analysis (FP\&A), Business Finance, Corporate Finance, Analytics, or related functions. * Minimum 2 years of hands\-on experience in AI, Data Science, Data Analytics, Reporting, and Business Intelligence within a finance environment * Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, and business performance analysis. * Hands\-on experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, and dashboard development. * Ability to develop a clear business storyline, strategy and long\-term plans based on data and financial insights. * Proven experience in ERP implementation, finance transformation projects, or system enhancement initiatives. * Strong experience using Power BI for data visualization and executive reporting * Experience working with large datasets and translating complex information into actionable business insights. * Experience working with senior leadership, executive stakeholders, and cross\-functional business teams. **Skills \& Competencies** * Strong Financial Planning \& Analysis (FP\&A) expertise includes budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance management. * Advanced financial modeling and business case development capabilities. * Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Power Query, and SQL. * Experience applying AI and data\-driven insights to improve financial planning and reporting. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and critical thinking skills. * Experience in predictive analytics, scenario modeling, and business intelligence reporting. * Understanding of AI\-enabled financial planning and analytics tools. * Strong stakeholder management and business partnering abilities. * Excellent presentation, communication, and executive reporting skills. * Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify revenue growth and cost optimization opportunities.
