If you're passionate about sales, love building relationships, and have a flair for generating new business opportunities, we'd love to hear from you! � Location: Dubai, UAE (Candidates must currently be based in Dubai) � Experience: 3-5 Years (UAE/GCC Market Experience is mandatory) � Visa Status: Spouse Visa / Dependent Visa Preferred � Joining: Immediate or Short Notice Preferred What You'll Be Doing: ✔ Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and referrals. ✔ Identify and engage prospective clients across the UAE/GCC market. ✔ Schedule meetings and present the company's services to decision-makers. ✔ Build and maintain strong client relationships. ✔ Prepare proposals and follow up on business opportunities. ✔ Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. ✔ Work closely with the recruitment and delivery teams to convert opportunities into successful partnerships. What We're Looking For: ✅ 3-5 years of Business Development or B2B Sales experience in the UAE/GCC. ✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. ✅ Strong command of spoken and written English. ✅ Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients. ✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in interacting with senior decision-makers. ✅ Existing knowledge of the UAE business landscape will be an added advantage.
