We're expanding across Oman's rental industry and looking for an experienced professional who understands the market, knows the right people, and can help us bring our software solutions to the businesses that need them. YOUR ROLE Your industry knowledge, professional relationships, and understanding of rental operations will be your greatest assets. Working alongside our business and technical teams, you will: * Identify and connect with potential customers across the equipment rental, power rental, and fleet rental sectors. * Leverage your existing network to establish relationships with business owners, senior management, and key decision\-makers. * Introduce our software platform and demonstrate how it can address real operational challenges. * Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities where our solutions can deliver business value. * Drive business development, commercial discussions, and customer acquisition. * Help expand our presence across Oman's rental industry by converting opportunities into successful customer engagements. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR You could be an experienced **Rental Manager, Operations Manager, Fleet Manager, Equipment Manager, Business Development Manager**, or another professional with substantial experience in the rental industry. Ideally, you bring: * Strong experience in equipment rental, power rental, fleet rental, or related operations. * An established network of industry contacts and relationships with key decision\-makers. * A practical understanding of rental operations, asset utilization, maintenance, and customer challenges. * The ability to communicate confidently with business owners, senior management, and operational teams. * A commercial mindset and the motivation to turn industry relationships into business opportunities. **You don't need to be a technology expert.** We're looking for someone who understands the industry and its challenges.
