Business Development Manager / Sales - Lubricants

Job Title: Receptionist Immediate Joiners Only Location: Sharjah, UAE Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner. • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. • Handle incoming and outgoing emails and courier services. • Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes when required. • Schedule meetings and manage meeting room bookings. • Perform general administrative and clerical duties. • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when needed. • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and documents. • Support HR and other departments with administrative tasks. • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage. • Professional appearance and pleasant personality. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Preferred • Experience working in the UAE. • Immediate joiners will be preferred
