• Lead and manage sales teams across Navigation & Communication, Diving, LSA/FFA, and Automation Departments.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure effective inventory management to meet sales demands and minimize stock storage.
• Provide guidance and support to sales executives, including training, coaching, and performance management.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budget management reviews.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote products and services.
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field; Master’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of marine navigation equipment and integrated bridge systems for commercial vessels, offshore vessels, rigs, and workboats.
• Familiarity with radar, ECDIS, GPS/GNSS, AIS, gyro compass, autopilot, echo sounder, speed log, and voyage data recorder (VDR).
• Knowledge of marine internal communication systems for ships, offshore platforms, and rigs.
• Experience with PABX/telephone systems, PA/GA systems, talk-back systems, sound-powered telephones, intercom systems, and alarm monitoring solutions.
• Knowledge of marine CCTV systems, thermal cameras, access control, vessel security systems, and automation/integration solutions.
• Understanding of VTS architecture, coastal surveillance systems, radar integration, AIS networks, meteorological sensors, and command-and-control solutions.
• Knowledge of PMR communication solutions, including analog and digital radio systems (DMR, TETRA, P25), repeaters, dispatch systems, and marine communication networks.
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategic accounts.
• Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and project quotations.
