Position Summary- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding STREIT Marine's presence across government, defense, military, coast guard, law enforcement, and commercial maritime sectors. The role involves managing the complete business development cycle, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales and revenue targets in regional and international markets. Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share across defense, naval, and security sectors. Identify and secure new business opportunities with government agencies, armed forces, coast guards, law enforcement authorities, and private organizations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement departments, consultants, and strategic partners. Generate qualified leads through networking, market intelligence, industry events, and client referrals. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting, technical presentations, proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, contract award, and project handover. Prepare RFIs, RFPs, tenders, commercial proposals, and pricing in coordination with internal teams. Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Project Management to ensure successful project execution. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging business opportunities within the defense and maritime industries. Represent the company at international defense exhibitions, naval conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings. Establish and manage relationships with agents, distributors, brokers, and channel partners across assigned territories. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, business development reports, and pipeline updates for senior management. Ensure timely payment collections, contract compliance, and high levels of customer satisfaction. Achieve assigned revenue, profitability, and strategic growth objectives. • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, International Business, or a related discipline. • Minimum 5–8 years of business development or B2B sales experience, preferably within defense, naval, marine, military, security, armored vehicles, or industrial manufacturing sectors. • Experience dealing with government tenders, military procurement, or international defense projects is highly preferred. • Strong understanding of complex B2B sales and long sales cycles. Willingness to travel extensively within the GCC and international markets. .
