Job description

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline. · At least 10 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management. · Proven experience within a consultancy office is strongly preferred. · Good knowledge of the Qatar market, procurement environment, and local business practices. · Established professional network across the construction, engineering, real estate, infrastructure, or consultancy sectors. · Demonstrated success in securing projects and developing sustainable client relationships. · Strong presentation, negotiation, proposal\-writing, and tender\-management capability. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management systems. · Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic language capability is an advantage. · A valid Qatar driving licence is preferred. **Key Responsibilities:** · Develop and implement a practical business development strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives. · Identify new projects, prospective clients, emerging markets, and strategic partnership opportunities. · Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, government entities, consultants, and corporate clients. · Monitor upcoming projects, tenders, market activity, and relevant industry developments. · Lead the preparation of proposals, expressions of interest, prequalification documents, presentations, and tender submissions. · Arrange and attend client meetings, networking events, industry conferences, and business presentations. · Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate internal support through contract award and project handover. · Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, proposals, client communications, and follow\-up actions. · Coordinate with technical, commercial, and management teams to prepare responsive and competitive offers. · Conduct market and competitor analysis and translate findings into clear business actions. · Achieve agreed sales, revenue, pipeline, and client\-acquisition targets. · Provide management with regular pipeline reports, forecasts, market intelligence, and performance updates Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
