Job description

Job Description **Congratulations,** you have taken the first step towards bagging a career defining role. Join the team of superheroes that safeguard data wherever it goes. **About Seclore:** ------------------ Seclore protects the world's most sensitive data wherever it travels. Our data\-centric security platform combines Enterprise Digital Rights Management, Data Classification, and Data Security Posture Management so that protection stays with the file, inside or outside the organization. Governments, banks, energy companies, and defense\-sector enterprises across the Gulf trust Seclore to secure their most valuable information. The GCC is our strongest and fastest\-growing region globally. **A sneak peek into the role:** ------------------------------- **Business Development Manager\- End User**, **Territory:** UAE, Oman, Qatar **Experience:** 8\+ years enterprise cybersecurity sales \| **Languages:** Arabic and English required Data protection in the Gulf is no longer optional. The UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Central Bank of the UAE information security regulations, Qatar's National Cyber Security Agency mandates, and Oman's data protection framework are forcing enterprises to prove they control sensitive data at the file level. Meanwhile, national programs in defense, energy, and government are raising the bar on how intellectual property and classified information move between organizations. You will own this moment for Seclore across UAE, Oman, and Qatar: a defined enterprise territory, an established regional install base and channel ecosystem, and a platform purpose\-built for the regulatory pressure your buyers are under. **What You Will Do:** --------------------- * Own the full sales cycle for direct enterprise business across UAE, Oman, and Qatar, from territory planning and prospecting through negotiation and closure * Sell Seclore's data\-centric security portfolio, led by Enterprise DRM and Data Classification, into government, BFSI, energy, defense, and large enterprise accounts * Build and run a territory plan that maintains a minimum 3x pipeline coverage against quota * Develop trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and heads of information security, and translate regulatory mandates into funded security initiatives * Co\-sell with Seclore's channel partners and distributors in the region; drive partner\-sourced pipeline while protecting deal control and margin * Run structured evaluations with Seclore's presales and technical teams, positioning outcomes and deployment scope rather than open\-ended proof\-of\-concept cycles * Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline in CRM; forecast integrity is treated as a core competency, not an administrative task * Represent Seclore at regional industry events, regulator\-led forums, and partner activities **What Success Looks Like:** ---------------------------- * **First 90 days:** Territory plan validated with leadership, top 30 target accounts mapped with entry strategy, active engagement in existing pipeline, first self\-sourced qualified opportunities created * **First year:** Quota attainment, at least half of closed business self\-sourced or partner\-co\-developed under your direction, referenceable new\-logo wins in at least two of the three countries **What You Bring:** ------------------- **Required** * 5\+ years of enterprise software sales, with at least 5 years selling cybersecurity to end users in the Gulf * Demonstrable, current relationships with security and IT decision\-makers in UAE enterprise and government accounts; ability to open doors without waiting on channel introductions * A verifiable track record of quota attainment and six\-figure\-plus enterprise deal closure, with named references * Experience selling data security: DRM/IRM, DLP, data classification, DSPM, or adjacent categories * Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English; much of this territory's government and Qatari enterprise business is conducted in Arabic * Consultative, regulation\-literate selling style; comfort discussing PDPL, central bank, and national cybersecurity requirements with senior buyers * Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai; regular travel to Oman and Qatar **Strong Plus** * Existing relationships in Oman and Qatar government or enterprise accounts * Experience selling into defense, energy, or sovereign entities * History of working with regional VADs and security\-focused resellers
