Business Development Manager – Corporate, Hotels & Travel

We are looking for a GO\-GETTER and aggressive business developer who knows how to open doors, build relationships and most importantly — CLOSE DEALS. This is NOT a desk\-based marketing position. Your Role * Visit corporates, hotels, travel companies, DMCs and event companies * Develop new B2B accounts for our limousine and luxury transportation business * Find the right decision\-makers and create opportunities * Build relationships with Procurement, Admin, HR, Travel Desks, Hotel Management and Concierge teams * Negotiate rates and commercial agreements * Follow up aggressively until opportunities are converted into business * Build and manage your own sales pipeline * Maintain existing accounts while continuously adding new ones * Take complete ownership from first meeting to payment collection The Person We Want We are looking for someone who is: * Extremely hungry for growth and earning * A natural hunter and deal closer * Highly energetic and self\-motivated * Persistent with follow\-ups * Comfortable with targets and pressure * Willing to spend significant time in the market meeting clients * Resourceful — finds a way instead of giving excuses * Available and responsive when business requires * Interested in building something long\-term, not simply doing a 9\-to\-6 job Preferred Background: Corporate Travel / DMC / Hotels / MICE \& Events / Car Rental \& Leasing / Tourism / B2B Hospitality Sales.
