Business Development Manager

• Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities across individual and corporate insurance segments • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and insurance providers • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets • Advise clients on suitable insurance solutions based on their needs and risk profile • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and market research • Prepare and present insurance proposals and quotations to prospective clients • Stay updated on UAE insurance regulations, products, and market trends • Represent the company professionally at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions • Coordinate with insurance providers/underwriters to finalize policies and renewals • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system • Provide after-sales support and ensure high client retention and satisfaction • 2 to 5 years of experience in Insurance Sales or Business Development, with mandatory UAE market experience • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, backed by a portfolio of past performance • Strong network and existing client base in the UAE insurance market preferred • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident working independently • Well-presented with strong professional demeanor • Valid UAE driving license preferred • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred • Knowledge of UAE Insurance Authority regulations is an advantage
