Business Development Manager

Experience - 5 -10 yrs of Staffing Experience required. Saudi Experience is preferred. Saudi Driving License will be an advantage. (Valid / Expired) Key Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5 years of business development experience in the staffing/recruitment industry (Gulf experience is a strong advantage). Strong network of industry contacts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
