We supply businesses, resellers, system integrators, retailers, and government organizations across the Middle East and Africa. We are looking for a dynamic and results\-driven **Business Development Manager (BDM)** to expand our customer base and drive sales growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE and international markets. * Generate new leads through networking and customer visits. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. * Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events. * Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities. * Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue growth. * Prepare and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and business development reports. * Identify opportunities for cross\-selling and upselling the company's IT products and solutions. **Requirements** * Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in BDM roles or the IT Accessories trading field. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Strong customer relationship management skills. * Fluent in English, and other languages will be an added advantage.
