Business Development Manager- Arabic (staffing industry experience)

Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in IT manpower/ staffing services in the UAE market . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, building client relationships, and expanding our manpower services portfolio across key industries. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT staffing and manpower solutions • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across UAE • Generate leads, conduct meetings, and close deals • Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable manpower solutions • Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets • Maintain market intelligence on competitors and industry trends Requirements • 4–8 years of experience in business development within IT manpower / staffing industry (UAE) • Strong client network in UAE (enterprise / SMB) • Fluent in Arabic & English • Proven track record in sales and revenue generation • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory) • Excellent negotiation and communication skills Preferred • Experience working in staffing agencies or outsourcing firms • Knowledge of UAE labor market and hiring trends Salary & Benefits • Competitive salary + commission structure • Travel allowance + other benefits as per UAE labor law
