The **BD Manager** will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners in **Saudi Arabia** to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. **Key Accountabilities:** ------------------------- * Develop and implement a business development strategy for the Saudi market. * Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across relevant sectors. * Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partners. * Lead the sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. * Monitor market trends and competitor activity. * Represent the company at relevant industry events and meetings. **Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:** -------------------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Preferred Qualifications. * Minimum 2\-3years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in technology or enterprise solutions. * Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or data\-driven technologies. * Experience working with government or enterprise clients in KSA * Experience in the Saudi market with knowledge of local business practices. * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Proficient in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
